Setting up an account

Welcome to our platform! This guide will walk you through the simple steps to create your account, ensuring you're ready to start using all our features.

Steps to Sign Up

  1. Navigate to the https://www.assetdash.com/ or download the app to get started.

    • Click the Sign Up button

  2. Sign Up with Email

    • Email Address: Enter a email

    • Password: Create a strong password

    • Enter Referral Code (optional) : If you're invited by someone enter their referral code.

    Agree to Terms: By signing up, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

  3. Set Up Your Wallet after signup

    Option 1: Connect Wallet via Discord (Matrica)

    • Connect via Discord: Click the Connect with Discord button.

    • Authenticate with Matrica: Follow the prompts to authenticate your Discord account via Matrica. This will link your wallet to your platform account through your Discord.

    • Confirm Connection: Once connected, you’ll see a success message confirming your wallet is linked.

    Option 2: Adding Wallet

    • Add Wallet: To add a wallet, click Add New +

    • Select the Wallet Type: You’ll be asked to select which type of wallet you want to add. Choose from the options

    • Input Wallet Address: Copy and paste your wallet address (e.g., Ethereum, Solana) into the provided field. Ensure you enter the correct address for the selected wallet type

    • Click Complete once you added all the wallets

Troubleshooting login/Sign up Issues:

  • Global Restriction?

    • If you are unable to sign up/ login on the site or app, it may be due to geographic limitations. Please check if your region is restricted from accessing cryptocurrency sites.

  • VPN Issues?

    • If you are using a VPN, it might prevent you from accessing the site. Try disabling the VPN and attempting to log in again.

  • Forgot Password?

    • Click Forgot Password on the login page to reset it via email.

  • Account Already Exists?

    • If you see a message saying "Account already exists," try logging in instead of signing up again.

  • Email Issues?

    • Make sure your email is entered correctly (e.g., example@domain.com). If you’re not receiving the forgot password email, check your spam folder.
