# Known Errors

1. If connecting a brokerage account via Plaid, there's a chance you may see a "internal error has occurred" message after entering your login details. If so, please try connecting again in a few hours as this is most likely an issue on the Plaid side and they tend to resolve issues rather quickly. If the issue persists, please email <support@assetdash.com>.&#x20;
